Jean-Eric Vergne led the second practice session at the Misano E-Prix with a best time of 1m 17.482, edging out Jake Hughes and Sebastien Buemi. Nick Cassidy finished fourth but ended up in the tire barriers after being forced off track. Stoffel Vandoorne secured fifth place, followed by Mitch Evans and Robin Frijns. The top 10 was completed by Jake Dennis, Sam Bird, and Nico Mueller. Edoardo Mortara finished 12th after missing FP1 due to a battery change, while Nyck de Vries was 16th ahead of Maximilian Guenther, Dan Ticktum, and Pascal Wehrlein. Jehan Daruvala, Oliver Rowland, and Sergio Sette Camara completed the field, with Camara bringing out a red flag early in the session.
